You've seen this tutorial before from me but this is the new and improved version! This 2 tiered tealight cake sits at 2.5" in height and diameter and is completely made from paper (aside from the battery operated tealight). This is the same template I use for my tuxedo tealight cake which you can watch here. This template is accompanied by 2 other tutorials: the Explosion box and Cake mount.

Materials you will need:
- Tealight Cake Template
- Battery operated tealight candle (I bought mine at the dollar store for $1.25 for 2)
- Glue
- Score tool
Instructions:
- Make sure your tealight is in working order
- Score along 1/4" along tabs of the top piece
- Crease the strip into a circle
- Glue around the tealight aligning the tabs to the top of the candle
- Glue the tabs down on the top face of the candle
- Glue the face piece onto the top of the candle
- Place glue along the bottom tabs
- Slide the ring piece around the candle and press down into the tabs
- Score along 1/4" along tabs of the bottom piece
- Crease the strip into a circle
- Place glue along the ring of the cake
- Align the bottom piece to the seam of the top piece
- Glue bottom tabs onto the cake ring
- Place glue along the bottom piece tabs
- Slide the second ring piece over the candle and press down into the tabs
- Crease the icing pieces and glue along the top edge of each tier
